The motor plate has been flattened and the motor installed.
The electrics and sheet metal enclosures still need to be deburred and cleaned, but for now this HSE inspector's nightmare is enough to get power to the motor. When engaged it vibrates for about two seconds then shuts down. I suspect the motor is missing a phase in either drive or feedback.
